| PAYMENTS Monies
are to be paid in advance.
REFUNDS No return of payments.
LATE CHARGE Two dollars per day.
Utilities will be disconnected on the third day that payment is overdue.
RETURN CHECK CHARGE Twenty-five Dollars
($25.00).
CHECKOUT TIME 1:00 PM. Sites are to be
left free of personal effects.
AUTOMOBILES Limited to two vehicles per
site.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER Each unit is to have
one.
PARK RULES
FIRES No open fires or fireworks.
Cigarettes are to be placed in an appropriate container, not on park grounds.
QUIET HOURS 10pm-6am
FAMILY PETS To be kept inside RV unit.
When outside, they are to be on a leash accompanied by the owner.
No aggressive dogs are allowed in park (Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Doberman,
etc.) Droppings are to be removed immediately.
UTILITY CONNECTIONS Water connection
and hose are to be leak free. During cold weather periods, they are
to be wrapped. Inform manager of difficulty in connecting to utilities.
Dont attempt to make repairs or enter electrical boxes. Tenant/Guest shall
be held liable for any damage to utility hook-ups, or property damage to
park property, or cost of repairs or service caused by Tenants/Guest negligence
or improper use by tenant.
GARBAGE - Garbage is to be bagged before
being put into dumpster.
APPEARANCE Premises are to be kept neat,
clean, and free of unsightly litter.
CHILDREN Children are to be supervised
at all times. When outdoors please accompany your children for their
own safety. Children are to stay at their lot to ensure the privacy
of other guest and are not to play in maintenance service areas to include
electrical pedestals and water hydrants.
PARK SAFETY
STORMS Spring and summer can generate
strong winds and possible tornadoes. Give special attention to radio
and TV weather advisories and siren warnings. The park is in Okmulgee
County. A storm shelter is not located at the park. There is
a TV at the office, please feel free to stop by and check the latest weather
conditions
.
BE OBSERVANT Suspicious activity is
to be immediately reported to the manager.
